Most providers skip the hard part.

Right now everyone wants to add AI, automate a process, build an app. The trouble is that automating something means making it faster, and if it was the wrong thing, you have just made the wrong thing faster, for more money.

AI is a genuinely powerful tool at that last step. Knowing whether you have actually reached that step is the part that takes judgement.

That order is not new. It is a principle I have applied across twenty years of project delivery. Most people skip straight to the end. I won't let you.
